HIGH INTENSITY basketball camps

The goal of these camps is to enhance players’ skill levels and sharpen their decision-making abilities, helping equip them for open gyms, fall basketball leagues, and their junior/senior high basketball tryouts. If players are new to the sport, they may find these weeks more challenging than our July Day Camps. Camp begins with mornings on the court and afternoons back at Heartland Alliance Church, except on Friday, when we spend the entire day on the court.

Each player will receive over 17 hours of on-court training during the week. Off-court time will include team sports, cardio and strength training, and fun conditioning exercises, as well as classroom learning focusing on game knowledge, character development, leadership, and personal health.

These camps are open to players of all skill levels and are part of our mission to build confident, healthy kids and youth through inclusive, faith-based sport and mentorship.
