Encounter Sports has experienced remarkable growth, continually expanding our programs to benefit more participants each year. This success is largely thanks to the generosity of our supporters, whose contributions help us maintain and offer affordable programming. 

We rely on donations from our community to sustain this growth and continue making a positive impact. 

You can support us by sending a cheque or an e-transfer. Every gift over $20 will be receipted at the end of the calendar year, ensuring you have the documentation needed for your records. Your generosity directly contributes to the enrichment of our programs and the opportunities we provide.

Donation Options

E-transfer your donation to register@encountersports.ca, making sure to put your first and last name in the message line. Your donation will be automatically deposited.

Cash or cheque—these can be dropped off at our office during regular office hours (8:30 am - 4:30 pm). Please make cheques out to Heartland Alliance Church and put "Encounter-Donation" in the memo line.
